For kids
You can play Lucy's games without telling us anything. No name. No chat. No ads.
Your game is saved on this device only. You can save it to an account, so it follows you to other devices.
The details
Who we are
Pixel Lucy is run by Pixel Lucy World. For any question about this notice, write to contact@pixelucy.com.
Who this is for
Pixel Lucy, the game and the My Lucy page are made for children. We treat every visitor as a child unless there is a reason not to. Playing never needs an account or any personal details.
What we do not collect
- No names, ages, photos, voice or location.
- No chat or free text. There are no leaderboards.
- No purchases inside the game.
- No cookies before you sign in, and never for advertising or tracking.
- No advertising, and no third-party trackers or analytics in the game.
What we keep, and where
| What | Where | Why | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
| Saved game: coins, stars, finds, friends met, chosen look | On the device, in the browser. Never sent to us unless you sign in to an account. | So the game remembers progress | Until the browser data is cleared |
| Sound settings | On the device, in the browser | Remember volume and mute | Until the browser data is cleared |
| Email address (optional account) | Our account service, Supabase | To sign in with a code, without a password | Until the account is deleted, or after two years without use |
| Saved game linked to the account | Our account service, Supabase | To keep progress across devices | Until the account is deleted, or after two years without use |
| Sign-in emails | Our email sender, Resend | To deliver the sign-in code | The period set by Resend for sent emails |
| Technical logs (page and request records) | Our host, Vercel, and Supabase | To keep the service running and fix faults | Short periods set by those providers |
Without an account, the saved game stays on the device and we never see it. Only a signed-in game sends its progress to the account.
The optional account
Progress can be saved to an account. We ask for one thing, an email address, and we send a one-time code to sign in. We use the address only to send sign-in codes and messages you ask for. No newsletters, no advertising.
An account that is not used for two years is deleted, with everything saved to it.
Who else handles data
We use these services to run the site. They handle data for us and may keep technical records:
- Vercel, to host the website and game.
- Supabase, to run accounts and store saved progress.
- Resend, to send sign-in emails.
- YouTube, only when a visitor presses Play or Watch on a video. Nothing loads from YouTube before that press, and the player uses YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). After the press, YouTube's own privacy policy applies.
We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.
Cookies and storage
The game and website store the saved game and sound settings in the browser on the device. They set no cookies for visitors who are not signed in.
After you sign in, one sign-in cookie keeps you signed in on both pixelucy.com and play.pixelucy.com. It is needed for the account to work, holds no tracking information, and is removed when you sign out. It lasts up to 400 days.
Sign out, delete, and choices
- You can sign out on this device, on all devices, or on all other devices.
- You can delete the account and everything saved to it. This cannot be undone. You can do it on My Lucy.
- A saved game on a device can be removed on that device.
- To ask about, correct or delete data, or to ask us anything, write to contact@pixelucy.com.
Where data is processed
The services listed above store and process data on their own servers, which may be in a country other than yours. We choose services that protect data with encryption and access controls.
Changes to this notice
If we change what we collect, we will update this page and the date above before the change starts.
